MONA&CO — saunas, restaurant and fitness in the Orlické Mountains

You'll find us at U Dlouhoňovic 1397 in Žamberk. Free parking right by the building is available for all visitors. By train, the nearest stop (Žamberk) is about a 10-minute walk away; by bus, get off at "Žamberk, žel. přejezd," just 2 minutes from us on foot.

We're a complete centre for health, movement, and recovery. You'll find a restaurant with a hall and terrace, a fitness centre with personal trainers, a sauna world, physiotherapy, psychotherapy, pedicure and podiatry, cosmetics, massages, traditional Chinese medicine, naturopathy, and regular fyzio yoga classes. Reception is open Mon 8–10am and 4–6pm, Tue 8–10am and 3–9pm, Wed 8–10am and 4–6pm, Thu 8–10am and 3–9pm, Fri 8–10am and 1–9pm, and Sat–Sun 8am–8pm. Fitness, the sauna world, the restaurant, and other services each have their own opening hours — you'll find them on that service's own page. The fitness centre is open to visitors aged 15+ (younger children only with a parent or trainer). In the saunas, guests under 18 are admitted only when accompanied by an adult, and Sunday mornings from 10am to 1pm are reserved for family sauna time for families with children under 10. Families with kids are always welcome in the restaurant.

You can pay in cash or by card at reception, with a Benefit Plus, Pluxee or Up benefity benefit card, or from credit topped up on your chip (top up at reception or online). For companies, we're happy to issue an invoice for any service or membership, including FKSP payments.

Yes. You buy a gift voucher at reception. You choose how much goes to the restaurant and how much to services. If you give it as a gift, the recipient can choose that split when they arrive. The services amount can be used for any service in the centre.

No booking is needed for the fitness centre or sauna world, just come by during opening hours. For services and therapies (personal training, physiotherapy, psychotherapy, massages, cosmetics, head spa, traditional Chinese medicine, nutritional counselling, pedicure), booking is always required, even for your first visit. You can cancel or reschedule for free up to 24 hours in advance directly in the booking system, later cancellations forfeit the slot or incur a cancellation fee.

Always start at the main ground-floor reception, whether you're here to work out, get a massage, a cosmetic treatment, or see a physiotherapist. Our staff will confirm your booking, issue your chip, and point you in the right direction — or walk you there personally on your first visit. If reception happens to be unstaffed for a moment, just take a seat in the lounge area right next to it; your specialist will come and get you at your appointment time. Physiotherapy has its own separate entrance on the side of the building, next to the car park.
