Physiotherapy
A personal kinesiological assessment, a tailored therapy plan and sports physiotherapy in Žamberk with Lucie Veselá, Dita Kalábová and Veronika Stejskalová. We’ll help you understand your body’s signals and return to movement without pain.
How does therapy work with us?
A personal approach
The path to recovery begins with understanding each client's needs. Therapy therefore starts with a comprehensive kinesiological assessment, on the basis of which we create a tailored therapy plan using modern techniques.

Personal therapy
Assessment and a tailored plan
Therapy begins with a comprehensive kinesiological assessment, on the basis of which we create a therapy plan tailored to your needs. We focus on diagnosing and treating functional disorders of the musculoskeletal system, treating painful conditions, and finding the links between the cause of a problem and how it shows up. The goal is to help you understand your body's signals, teach you to work with it consciously, and achieve lasting results.

Sports physiotherapy
A faster return to training
Athletes are a specific group of clients, for whom correctly structuring the training process is key to their health. Sports physiotherapy has its place in both acute and chronic problems – its goal is the fastest possible pain relief, support for healing, and a safe return to training. For maximum effectiveness, cooperation between a physiotherapist and a strength and conditioning coach is ideal.
Our main goal is to help people understand the signals their body is sending, teach them to work with it consciously, and gradually guide them toward being able to help themselves as much as possible.
Our team
I see the human body as a connected whole.

Mgr. et Mgr. Dita Kalábová
Physiotherapist
Sport has been part of my life since childhood and still shapes my professional approach today – I studied Physiotherapy and Physical Education and Sport at Charles University in Prague and competed in downhill skiing, biathlon and ski touring.
In my practice, I focus on diagnosing and treating problems of the musculoskeletal system, post-injury and post-surgical conditions, and preventing overload – for athletes, children and active adults alike. I combine soft tissue and fascial work, mobilization techniques, breathing therapy and targeted activation of the deep stabilization system.
Education & practice
- Viscerovertebral relationships and their use in clinical practice (Dr. Bitnar, Ph.D.)
- Comprehensive trigger point therapy (Dr. Bitnar, Ph.D.)
