The origin of the name

The name MONA&CO grew from the atmosphere of Monaco, a place where people live in harmony, comfort and elegance. That is the feeling we want to offer you too.

Movement

Movement, direction, quality. The energy that carries you forward, a little more every day.

Nature

Nature and what feels natural. The peace that comes when you allow yourself to slow down.

Community

Shared values, a shared direction. The people who make you want to keep coming back.

What we believe

We are a philosophy

We do not want you to one day feel that changes in your health are beyond repair. Limits in movement, a loss of energy, not feeling fit in your own body. That can happen to anyone. That is why we are with you at the beginning of a full life, not at its end.

Luxury here does not mean excess. It means respect for yourself.

Care as the new luxury

Attention, calm and kindness given to body and mind.

A healthy way of living

Movement, recovery and food that belong together.

Elegance and privacy

A high standard of service, and a space where you can stay with yourself.

Individual care

We welcome you as you are.

You are not in this alone. We are here together.
