Basic Information

1. Introductory Provisions

These terms and conditions govern the rights and obligations between MONA&CO and customers who use our services or make reservations online, by phone, or in person on site. A customer can be a natural person (consumer) or a legal entity (e.g., a company booking services for its employees). By using our services, you confirm that you have read and agree to these terms.

2. Offered Services

We mainly offer the following services:

• sauna world,
• fitness center,
• restaurant and refreshments,
• massages, manicure and pedicure,
• other leisure and relaxation services.

The current overview and prices can always be found on our website or directly at the facility.

3. Reservations and Contract Conclusion

Reservations can be made:

• online via the reservation system on our website,
• in person at the reception,
• or by phone / e-mail.

The reservation is binding once we confirm it (e.g., by confirmation e-mail or message in the system). If the service is prepaid, the contract is concluded upon receipt of payment.

4. Prices and Payment Terms

All prices are in Czech crowns (CZK) and are final – including VAT. Payment can be made:

• online during reservation (payment gateway or bank transfer),
• or on site (cash, card).

Unless otherwise agreed, the service must be paid for no later than at the time of use.

5. Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change. Therefore, we offer fair cancellation conditions:

• Cancellation 24 hours or more in advance: free of charge.
• Cancellation less than 24 hours in advance or no-show: we charge 100% of the service price.
• Corporate reservations or larger groups: a deposit or different cancellation conditions may be required by agreement.

You can cancel your reservation via the reservation system, by e-mail, or by phone.

6. Provision of Services

The customer is obliged to arrive on time for the agreed appointment and follow the staff's instructions. In case of late arrival, the service may be shortened without entitlement to a discount or compensation. For safety reasons, service may be refused to a person under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

7. Withdrawal from the Contract

If you are a consumer and made a reservation online, you have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days according to § 1829 of the Civil Code – if the service has not yet been provided. This right does not apply to services that have already been fully provided or where performance has begun with your consent.

8. Service Complaints

If you are not satisfied with the provided service, please inform us immediately – ideally on site. The complaint will be resolved as soon as possible, no later than 30 days after it is made.

9. Personal Data Protection

We process your personal data in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR). Details can be found in the Privacy Policy document available on our website.

10. Final Provisions

These terms are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic. In case of a dispute, we always strive for an amicable solution. If this is not possible, disputes are resolved by the competent court according to the law. MONA&CO may change these terms and conditions. However, those that were effective at the time of making the reservation always apply.
